Kelappa Crafts Handbags are already stocked in United Kingdom. All delivery is originated from our managing office address in Headington, Oxfordshire. UK.

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

UK Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and are normally delivered the next business day between 9am and 5pm. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by the courier so that you can rearrange delivery. Please note that there may be a slight delay during the sale period.

International Delivery 
International delivery outside UK/EU countries will be using Royal Mail Service with applied rate.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives with you.

 Packaging
All of our bags come packaged in a protective Kelappa dust bag in a sealed cardboard box.

Taxes & Duties
Since the stocks delivered from Oxford, England, there will be NO tax & duties applied within UK purchase. The amount you pay for is already the final amount (no hidden fee or others).
For purchase outside The United Kingdom, there might be tax & duty involved depending on the country’s regulation. .

Return, Refund & Exchange  Policy

To prove our confidence in the products we provide and their value to our customers, we are offering a 2-day, money-back guarantee or exchange. We accept the return if you are not satisfied with the purchase or there is a defect in the product, or anything. Simply send them back to us within 48 hours after you received your purchase (based on the courier delivery email).

1. Anything more than 48 hours after you received, we consider it is already yours & we can not do anything with it (no refund/exchange/return after 48 hours).

3. Buyer should send back to seller within 48 hours, we will not take responsibility after 48 hour of buyer acceptance.
4. If the order is for several items delivered separately, this period of time runs as of receipt of the last item.
